If you are one of the millions of people for whom visa has been refused there could be a million reasons to that. Also the officer at the United States consulate might even choose to not even give you a reason for the refusal. Now you must be thinking how rude is that supposed to be.
But my friend like I said there could be a million reasons why your visa has been refused from it some very common reasons have been listed here.
If the visa officer thinks or has proof that you have done some fraud or misrepresentation in your visa application then they might choose to totally reject your application.

August 4th, 2009 Tushar Mathur The B1 visa is issued for the Business travelers to the United States and the B2 Visa is issued to visitors who intend to spend some time in the United States just for pleasure. Normally these two types of visas are issued simultaneously. What that would mean for you is in case you are already holding a B1 visa and you wish to travel to the United States simply for pleasure for maximum of three months then in this case you need not apply for a fresh Visa, the old one should be good enough for you.
