Survey reveals nearly half of UK citizens interested in emigrating

Following a recent poll it was found that almost 50 percent of UK citizens are “seriously considering” emigrating overseas.

The poll, conducted by YouGov, an international UK-based market research agency, asked 1,650 UK adults in a survey if they were interested in immigrating to another country. Six per cent of those polled said they are actively making plans to leave, and 42 percent said they will seriously consider it.

Among the important factors UK adults considered were the cost of living, which was named by 52 percent as a good reason for leaving and the weather which scored 37 percent.

Calls for all Australian visa applicants to have health insurance

The Australian Medical Association (AMA) is requesting that health insurance become mandatory for all Australian visa applicants. The request was made by vice president of the Victorian branch of the AMA, Stephen Parnis, following recent figures released by the AMA that shows the number of immigrants treated in the Victoria’s public hospitals have tripled in the last six years.

The report stated that from 30 June 2010 to 30 June 2011, there were over 30,000 patients treated at Victorian hospitals who were not Australian citizens.

Primary Causes for a Visa Being Refused

If you are one of the millions of people for whom visa has been refused there could be a million reasons to that. Also the officer at the United States consulate might even choose to not even give you a reason for the refusal. Now you must be thinking how rude is that supposed to be.
But my friend like I said there could be a million reasons why your visa has been refused from it some very common reasons have been listed here.
If the visa officer thinks or has proof that you have done some fraud or misrepresentation in your visa application then they might choose to totally reject your application.
