Tushar Mathur Deportation Cases of Illegal Immigrants to Be Reviewed – NYTimes.com: “The Department of Homeland Security will begin a review on Thursday of all deportation cases before the immigration courts and start a nationwide training program for enforcement agents and prosecuting lawyers, with the goal of speeding deportations of convicted criminals and halting those of many illegal immigrants with no criminal record.”

Comments Off October 22nd, 2011 Tushar Mathur FY 2011: ICE announces year-end removal numbers, highlights focus on key priorities including threats to public safety and national security: “Overall, in FY 2011 ICE’s Office of Enforcement and Removal Operations removed 396,906 individuals — the largest number in the agency’s history. Of these, nearly 55 percent or 216,698 of the people removed were convicted of felonies or misdemeanors — an 89 percent increase in the removal of criminals since FY 2008. This includes 1,119 aliens convicted of homicide; 5,848 aliens convicted of sexual offenses; 44,653 aliens convicted of drug related crimes; and 35,927 aliens convicted of driving under the influence.

Also the officer at the United States consulate might even choose to not even give you a reason for the refusal. Now you must be thinking how rude is that supposed to be.
But my friend like I said there could be a million reasons why your visa has been refused from it some very common reasons have been listed here.
If the visa officer thinks or has proof that you have done some fraud or misrepresentation in your visa application then they might choose to totally reject your application.
